Privacy notice

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Goal Pass Creative is a service of Goal Pass LLC, a company registered in the United States ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you fill in our form we receive what you type: your name, work email, website or app link, your Facebook or Instagram page, what you sell, your preferred languages, the number of videos you're interested in, your approximate ad spend if you choose to share it, and your message.

What we use it for

• To reply to you and arrange a call.
• To prepare your free sample ad or ad ideas. To do that we look at your public ads in Meta's Ad Library and at your public website.
• To keep a record of our conversation if you become a client.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter without asking.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to run this site and reply to you, such as our website host, form service and email provider. They process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your form details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the contract and for tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Just reply to any of our emails or write to info@goalpassgroup.com.
